Delete your Suica from the device via iCloud (Appleid.com) and then add saved Suica from the server to wallet on the alternative device again with the same Apple ID. You may see an "Activating" message on Suica, please leave it alone until 5:00am next morning, and then delete the Suica and add it from the server again.
