Digital Suica cards from Apple Pay that have been deleted and saved to the server from the Wallet app can be reconfigured on an iOS/watchOS device (Suica-compatible) signed in with the same Apple ID. If you experience any problems, please contact Apple Care for assistance.
[Before performing the reconfiguration]
· Ensure the device you are reconfiguring your Suica to is signed in with the same Apple ID as the device you used before deleting or processing a reissuing of your digital Suica card.
· Place your device in an area with a good network connection.
[Steps to reconfigure your Suica (iPhone)]
· Launch the Wallet app
· Tap the "+" button in the upper right
· Tap "Previous Cards" *It may take a few seconds for this option to appear. Please wait.
· Make sure the Suica you would like to reconfigure is selected and tap "Continue"
· After Face ID or other authentication, tap "Next" on the add card screen

· Launch the Watch app
· Tap "Wallet & Apple Pay"
· Tap "Add Card"
· Tap "Previous Cards" *It may take a few seconds for the option to appear. Please wait.
· Make sure the Suica you would like to reconfigure is selected and tap "Continue"
· After Face ID or other authentication, tap "Next" on the add card screen
*Important: The following functions are unavailable until the Suica is reconfigured
· Topping up or using the Suica balance
· Purchasing, using, or refunding discount passes
· All services in current use with the specific Suica (lockers, etc.)
*If a reconfigurable iOS device (Suica-compatible) is not available, the Suica will remain saved to the server until a device is prepared.
*Reconfiguration may result in a different Suica ID number than before deletion or reissuing. If services that use the Suica ID number (e.g., lockers) cannot be used, please contact the relevant staff.
