If the support center performs the reissuance registration procedure, the following functions (×) will not be available until you reset Suica after 5:00 AM Japan time the next morning. Additionally, Discount Passes will be reissued with an expired validity period.

× Use or top-up of SF (electronic money)

× Purchase, use, or refund of Discount Passes

Steps to reconfigure Suica on the device after reissuance is complete.

Step 1: Delete Suica from the Wallet app

[Steps to delete a Suica (iPhone)]
· Launch the Wallet app
· Select the digital Suica card you would like to delete and tap the three dots "..." button in the top-right corner
· Tap "Card Details"
· Tap "Remove Card"

[Steps to delete a Suica (Apple Watch)] Performed on the paired iPhone. 
· Launch the Watch app
· Select the Suica you would like to delete from "Wallet & Apple Pay"
· Tap "Remove Card"

[Steps to delete a Suica (device unavailable)]
Contact Apple Care (https://apfaq.mobilesuica.com/faq/show/7026?site_domain=wsm) and explain that you want to know how to delete your Suica from the Wallet app on an old device.

Step 2: Reconfiguring Suica

[Before performing the reconfiguration]
· Ensure the device you are reconfiguring your Suica to is signed in with the same Apple ID as the device you used before deleting or processing a reissuing of your digital Suica card. 
· Place your device in an area with a good network connection.

[Steps to reconfigure your Suica (iPhone)]
· Launch the Wallet app
· Tap the "+" button in the upper right
· Tap "Previous Cards" *It may take a few seconds for this option to appear. Please wait. 
· Make sure the Suica you would like to reconfigure is selected and tap "Continue"
· After Face ID or other authentication, tap "Next" on the add card screen

· Launch the Watch app
· Tap "Wallet & Apple Pay"
· Tap "Add Card"
· Tap "Previous Cards" *It may take a few seconds for the option to appear. Please wait.
