I purchased a Suica Green Car ticket, but the Green Car was full, so I would like to request a refund.

If you are unable to use your Green Car ticket—such as when the Green Car is full—you can receive a refund by following the steps below:

1.Inform the attendant and obtain a “Certificate of Non‑Use.”
2.Present the "certificate_of_non‑use.pdf”, along with the Welcome Suica Mobile used to purchase the Green Car ticket, at a JR East station within the Suica area.

Please note that if a Certificate is issued and later lost, it cannot be reissued.
