Welcome Suica Mobile

Discount passes can be purchased using Apple Pay in the Welcome Suica Mobile app. You cannot purchase discount passes with the balance on your Suica. For more details about discount passes, see here: (外部リンク)
*For purchases at station ticket machines or counters, please use a physical Suica card.

[Please note]
· Discount passes on Welcome Suica Mobile are only available for same-day use. Purchase before boarding on the day of use. 
·Passes can be purchased between 4:00 a.m. and 11:45 p.m., and refunds can be processed between 5:00 a.m. and 11:45 p.m. 
· Perform discount pass purchase or refund procedures before entering the ticket gates of any station. 
· Discount passes cannot be purchased for Suica after having entered through ticket gates. 
· The start date of validity cannot be changed after purchase. To change your day of use, process a refund in the app (a refund fee applies) and purchase another pass. 
 

[Steps to purchase a discount pass]
· Launch the Welcome Suica Mobile app
· Tap "Buy a Pass" at the top of the screen on the Suica tab
· Confirm the important notes and tap "OK"
· Select your desired discount pass from the list and tap "Next"
· Review the details and complete payment with Apple Pay
