This message appears when an operation remains incomplete due to device or communication issues, requiring recovery processing. If similar errors occur frequently, please contact Apple Care for support. 

[Restarting your device]
· Close the Welcome Suica Mobile app and Wallet app
· Restart the device *If using Apple Watch, restart it as well.
· Launch the Welcome Suica Mobile app *If using Apple Watch, keep it on your wrist while launching the app. 
· Tap the "!" icon on the Suica on the Home screen
This initiates the recovery process. If the error persists, try reconfiguring the Suica. For discount passes, wait until the end of the day of use before proceeding.
