What device settings do I need to have on my iPhone to use Welcome Suica Mobile?

Answer

Please set your iPhone's settings as indicated below to use your Suica with Apple Pay. Your Suica will not function properly without these settings. Additionally, changing or disabling settings after configuring your Suica or while using it may cause issues.

[Sign in with your Apple ID]
*Your Suica is managed with and linked to your Apple ID.
*If multiple devices are signed in with the same Apple ID, Suica cannot be shared between the devices. The Suica must be set up on the device you intend to use.
*If you use multiple Apple IDs, Suica cannot be transferred between different Apple IDs.
 
While signed in with your Apple ID, please configure your settings as follows.
 
[Logging in using Touch ID/Face ID or passcode]
Turning off your passcode or signing out of iCloud will remove the Suica from the device.
Suica that are removed are stored on the server and must be reconfigured on the device to use it again.
