Answer

1.Delete the Welcome Suica Mobile card that has expired in the Wallet app.
2.Launch the Welcome Suica Mobile app and perform the initial issuance operation again.
*Note that deleting the Welcome Suica Mobile app and downloading it again is not allowed.
*The balance of an expired Suica cannot be used again.
