I want to refund my purchased Discount Pass.

Answer

If the Discount Pass is unused and within the validity period, it can be refunded through the app. The refund will be credited to the credit card account used at the time of purchase, minus a handling fee of 220 yen.

[Note] 

The Discount Pass menu can be operated between 5:00 AM and 11:45 PM Japan time. For refunds, please complete the operation by 11:45 PM on the day of use within the validity period of the Discount Pass. Used Discount Passes cannot be refunded.

[Discount Pass Refund Procedure]

  1. Launch the Welcome Suica Mobile app
  2. Tap [Refund/buy a pass] in the Suica tab
  3. Tap [Get a refund]
  4. Confirm the details and tap [Get refund]

*If you are unable to refund the Discount Pass despite it being unused and within the validity period, please contact the Welcome Suica Mobile Support Center.
