Reissue Registration (Usage Suspension Procedure)

In this form, you can apply for reissuance registration (suspension procedure) of Suica if the device set with Welcome Suica Mobile is damaged or lost (including theft).
 

Once your application is received and the reissuance registration process is completed at the support center, the following functions (×) will not be available until you reset Suica after 5:00 AM Japan time the next morning. Additionally, Discount Passes will be reissued with an expired validity period.

[Important]

 The Suica in question will remain displayed in the wallet even after the reissuance procedure. Please delete the Suica from the wallet after applying. If you hold the Suica over a ticket gate or register reader before resetting it, the reissued Suica will not be able to be reset.

Be sure to check the receipt of the automatically sent email (subject: Application Received) after applying. If it is stored in the spam folder, subsequent guidance may also be sorted similarly. Please note that if you enter the contact email address incorrectly, you will not receive the notification.
