You can receive a refund for a Suica Green Car ticket if it is unused and on the same day of purchase.
Refunds can be processed through Welcome Suica Mobile.
A handling fee of 220JPY will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the Apple Pay account used at the time of purchase.

1. Launch Welcome Suica Mobile.
2. On the HOME tab, tap the green banner.
3. On the Suica Green Ticket menu screen, tap “Get a refund.”
4. Read the important notes carefully, then tap “Next.”
